Meta bills WhatsApp conversations straight to your own WhatsApp Business Account, at Meta's rate for your country. We take no margin on them. Most of the tools you are comparing us with do.
Ten months up front covers the year on any plan. On a card plan, change your mind in the first month and we refund it; a prepaid period in Bangladesh is not refunded once it starts, so pay for a month first if you are unsure.

Nothing is charged automatically: you are reminded three days before a period ends, and if you do not renew, your account is kept exactly as it is until you do.

You choose a plan and add a card, and it is charged for the first month or year. Add it during the trial and it is still charged only when the trial ends; you are reminded before that happens, and cancelling at any point in the 14 days costs nothing. In Bangladesh there is no card: you pay for a month or a year up front by bKash or card, and the paid period starts when the trial ends. Your chats and your reporting stay where they are either way.
